Fury Advertising respects privacy and handles personal data responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how FURY ADVERTISING LTD collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit www.furyadvertising.com, contact us, become a client, attend an event, receive marketing from us or work with us.

2. Our role
For website visitors, prospects, suppliers and client contacts, Fury Advertising Ltd usually acts as data controller.
Where a client provides audience lists, CRM data, end-customer data or campaign data and instructs us how to use it, Fury may act as a data processor. In that case, a Data Processing Agreement should apply.
Fury may work with a South African-based delivery partner or team members to deliver creative and campaign services. International access is managed using appropriate safeguards.

Directly from you when you complete a form, email us, speak to us, sign a contract, attend an event or request a proposal.
From clients and suppliers when they provide contact details, project data or campaign data.

From public or professional sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, business directories and event attendee lists, where lawful and relevant.

7. Marketing communications
You can opt out of marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting us at admin@furyadvertising.com.
Marketing consent is separate from submitting an enquiry. We will still use your details to respond to your enquiry even if you do not opt in to wider marketing.
Where we conduct B2B outreach, we will aim to keep it relevant, proportionate and easy to opt out from.
8. Sharing personal data
We may share personal data with employees, contractors, freelancers, group companies, delivery partners, professional advisers and suppliers who need it to support our business or deliver services.
Suppliers may include hosting, email, CRM, project management, analytics, advertising platforms, social platforms, design tools, file storage, finance and legal/compliance providers.
Where a supplier acts as processor, we aim to have suitable contractual terms in place.

Fury may work with South African-based delivery partners and may use technology suppliers with international hosting or support. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, Fury will use appropriate safeguards where required, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, UK addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy regulations, transfer risk assessments or equivalent measures.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including role-based access, multi-factor authentication where appropriate, secure systems, encryption in transit where available, supplier controls, incident response and staff/contractor confidentiality obligations.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
